Previous winners include those from Harvard and Yale. Dr Sanjay was flown out to Milan to accept the award at the EGOS conference where he did a presentation on his world-leading research.

Dr Sanjay was shortlisted from thousands of people as a candidate for Forbes 30 under 30 Science and Healthcare category for his research and impact in the field of work-stress, a list Forbes states is “the definitive list of young people changing the world”

Dr Sanjay won this prize issued by University of Leeds, acknowledging outstanding performance in the creation of an original piece of research that has led to the award of PhD, and contribution to the discipline of Organisational Psychology.

This prize was awarded to Dr Sanjay by one of the leading bodies in business research for the highest overall credit grade average in his undergraduate studies in business.

M&S Student Research Prize for Corporate Social Responsibility
This prize was awarded to Dr Sanjay and his colleagues by Marks and Spencer for delivering the best corporate social responsibility presentation back to the nationwide retailer.

Deans Performance Prize for Academic Excellence
This prize was awarded to Dr Sanjay by the University of Leeds for achieving the top position in the cohort for the first year of his undergraduate studies in business; Dr Sanjay ranked 1/121 students.

This prize was awarded to Dr Sanjay by Oxford University Press for achieving the highest mark on LUBS 1850, Organisational Behaviour, a module of 366 students.
